Swift

As stated the Color designates rank.  Not all the ranks have Micro's yet.  Red is the grunts (ie. Red Shirts) and silver and Blue the highest.  There is at least green and gold and probably one other (purple?) not shown.  The helmet allows for vision sensors, a heads up display and built in communication.
